How I love Mary Kate. Her style is inspirational. I wish I could chuck on a coat and some heels and look this glam. These photos are from an Elle magazine (a few years ago). I loved the shoot so much that it was given pride of place in my scrap box which is where I save all my fav images from magazines. The idea came to me when I was becoming over run with magazines! Just as well really because I think this is style at its best, simple and chic (with the Strabucks cup giving it that Olsen feel.)

H&M Stalking
My love for H&M has always been a little bit of a problem. I was 'innocently' browsing, simply killing some time while I was waiting for the next train and the next thing I know I am in the fitting room with 14 items!! A max of 7 in at a time is always a problem and of course I was really annoying for the sales assistants and only bought one thing...it would have been five but I talked myself out of the other four which only means I will try them all on again next time I am killing time and talk myself out of two more purchases. Nightmare!
Can you really blame me though with highstreet prices and a spring kissed colour palette? I am a huge fan of the brown silky frill top (so much so that I bought it). I am saving the caramel suede cropped trousers with a thick gold zip up the side for a rainy day as they were a little steeper in price at around £100.

The Brits
If you were like me you would have been tuned into the Brit awards last night. I always promise myself not to get sucked in and end up watching the entire show. I was really quite pleased that Tinie Tempah walked away with two awards and I particularly liked the glasses and suit combo that he pulled off. It's good to see he's a snappy dresser too.

90210 overdose
After finishing my internship I had a bit of a lazy weekend which mainly consisted of watching far too much 90210..probably not the best thing to announce on a blog. I have fallen in love with Gillian Zinser aka Ivy who dress sense steps a little more outside the box compared with her co-stars who are dressed head to toe in obvious designer. I decided to hunt the web for outfit inspiration and I am more than impressed with what I found.

Stick In Twos...HOT!
I have always been a NERD fan and while browsing over the internet I decided to look at archived Pharrell shots. Here he is snapped next to Russian model Natasha Polly in Russian Vogue 2008.
Wowsers eh! One hot match!

Last Day of My Internship...TEARS
It was a very sad day yesterday as I finished my time at my internship. In honour of my leaving I decided to write a final blog post about some of the clients I was working with...
Over the last four months I have been working with a variety of clients including Clements Ribeiro, Calvin Klein Underwear, Marchon Eyewear, Etro and TU at Sainsbury’s. Here I have selected some of my favourite pieces for the Spring!
The rain hasn’t stopped me wearing brights and I am hoping with a little bit of luck that these bright Etro harem pants will bring out the sunshine!
Fashion doesn’t have to be about stuffing your wardrobe until it won’t shut (I know we’ve all been there.) To keep it simple I have selected six mix and match items below that should make dressing in the morning a little easier.
TU at Sainsbury’s are brimming with high street favourites this season. My favourite outfit would have been the brown tailored shorts put together with the ruffled sheer blouse but due to my obsession with Audrey Hepburn I decided to fall in love with the black and white dress instead. The dress paired this with the MIchael Kors glasses and Clements Ribeiro wedges gives you a Hepburn look with a modern twist.
Calvin Klein underwear is full of pretty, feminine pieces this season. I have always been a fan of the nude, lace and frilled sets but my favourite of these is the white lace edged camisole with knickers. Pretty pretty!

Photo of the week #3
I know this photo is not at all fashion related but it's a personal favourite. I took this photo on a snow day and instead of hanging around indoors I decided to embrace the cold weather accompanied with a woollen hat and hunter wellies...what else! SNAP!
